DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Based on the diagnosis resulting from the business valuation (commercial, organizational and administrative, financial and technical diagnosis), weak and strong areas are set forth, as web as threads and opportunities that the business is facing.

As agreed with the company’s chief officers, we carry out a work program that allows business to have a better value structure, which reflects the financial margins improvement.

Our firm dedicates 16 hours per month or 4 hours per web to provide assistance and support company’s executives in this process by carrying out the following activities:

- Creation of a committee of managers which will assign each business area their own responsibilities, evaluates and review goals and critical indicators.

- Dedicates counseling hours at the customers’ facilities in the areas where the customer need specific support.

- A written record of the projects and the status of same.

- Preparation of minutes.

- Preparation of reports and financial analysis according to the monthly results.
